[ Later that night when she left work she had stopped by the apartment with a box full of Macarons. 2 of each different flavor that the Cafe offers: vanilla, matcha green tea, strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, coffee, pistachio, caramel, red bean, mint, lemon, black sesame.

She would have left it with whoever was at his apartment, and would try calling him to find out where he was if he wasn't at home. ]

[ Rinoa came by in the late morning to drop off his package in person, carrying a basket filled with white paper boxes wrapped with light blue ribbons. She knocks. Waits. Knocks again. Waits. Knocks louder, along with speaking to the door. ]

Akira?

[ After that she waits half a minute longer before she sighs and looks through the boxes, picking out one along with a card she has already made out for him, and after she slips the card under the ribbon, she sets it down on his doorstep.

She leaves, but after only taking a few steps she seems to tighten up and turns swiftly to walk back to his door. She snatches up the card, opens it, pulls a pen out of the basket and quickly scribbles out several more words on the card before closing it and slipping it back under the ribbon on the box. Then she leaves for good.

Inside the box is six truffles dusted with cocoa powder. They're slightly uneven balls of chocolate that don't look very pretty but taste good. ]

Happy Valentine's Day, Akira. Enjoy the chocolate. I made it myself.

Hello there!

I'm sending you along an invite to a Guard Unit exclusive gathering this Sunday night at the Welcome Center. I thought we could all get to know one another better, since we'll be working close together in the future for Zodion's safety.

There's going to be food and drinks, but you're welcome to bring your own if you have any special preferences. Or just reply back and I'll try to bring it, myself!

[ Lea gets the message about fire about a day after he's back in Zodion, and after listening, immediately contacts both Akira and Subaru. ]

Hey Akira, its Lea.

I'm just now getting this. This is pretty bad. What happened? Why would someone just burn a building down? Makes no sense. But more importantly — everyones okay, right?

[ '...Right? His posture is rigid as he speaks, and his facial expression is set in a deep frown. The concern can be heard in his voice. He's read anonymous text of the individual and who caused the incident and can't help but feel guilty that he wasn't around to help stop it, because if someone got injured when his abilities could have very prevented it... well. Missing the meet and greet makes him even more out of the loop, as he's still only familiar with very few of the unit formally. ]

Sorry. I should've been there, huh? [ A pause. ]

...Hahahahaha... Damn it. [ He really wants to know if everyone was okay. There wasn't a network post about potential causalities after all and he has yet to have gone back to work. He's sure that Akira had noticed his absence, but that doesn't make anything any better. ]
